Jason is a blast... a good friend with great taste in science fiction... especially his undying love for Star Trek (and Seven of Nine) which we found out last November in HMV... ever since, he has been pretty much hooked on Deep Space Nine which is a really fantastic series and Voyager which ain't too good cos they have a toad for a captain. Well, Jason is amazingly hilarious and he doesn't even have to try. I have not used so much Hokkien in my life than in London conversing with him. He is an avid Leeds United lover and a fan of Duvel which is a pretty good Belgium beer (recommended by Glenn Vandervoode). Jason had made my life in London really interesting and have never in my life talked so much Star Trek to a singular person.. amazing... I am pretty much eating, sleeping and living Star Trek now cos Jason will be updating me on every single episode of Star Trek on Sky. Still he is an absolute blast to be with, even on the days which make him so 'irritated', usually because it's some really obscure reason- he has dropped a pen cap or saw a really hidious-looking girl in the morning which can spoil his entire day. His lingo is pretty standard and I have compiled a list of the most used words of his.
