You DO have to be realistic about those you meet online.... usually a good rule of thumb is: Believe about half of what you see and NONE of what you hear *MOST* of the time! *G* However, I have met some wonderful people online who have become very close, personal friends: they have been there to help me out many more times and ways than I can begin to remember. I also met my hubby online a few years ago! I spent numerous hours on IRC doing research, but a whole lotta time was spent there just chatting with others about their problems...my problems...and just plain ole having fun!
