(1) Eustace FitzJohn, born 1100. Married Agnes FitzNeil and had son Richard. (2) Richard FitzEustace, Baron of Halton, born 1128. Died 1160. Son of Eustace and Agnes. Married Aubrey and had son John. (3) John FitzRichard, Constable of Chester, born 1150. Died 1179 in Tyre on 3rd Crusade. Son of Richard and Aubrey. Married Alice (surname unverified) and had sons Roger and Robert. (4) Baron Roger "Hell" de Lacy, born 1171. Died October 1st, 1211. Son of John and Alice. Married Maud de Clere and had son John. (5) John de Lacy, Constable of Chester, born 1192. Died July 22nd, 1240. Son of Roger and Maud. Married Margaret de Quincy and had daughter Maud. He swore to an oath, that Kin John should hold Pontefract and Dunningham, but the next year reneged on his oath, and Dunningham was returned to him, upon hostages. John was then excommunicated by the Pope. When King Henry III assumed the throne, John joined a party of noblemen and made a pilgrimage to the Holy Land, doing good service at the seige of Damietta. A signer of the Magna Charta. (6) Maud de Lacy, born 1223, died 1287. Daughter of John and Margaret. Married Richard de Clare.
