He married Sarah "Sallie" Cottingham (born about 1785 in Accomack County, Virginia and died 1845) and had daughter Sarah. (2) Sarah Catherine Thornton, born 1808 and died 1860. Daughter of James and Sarah. She married Daniel Henderson. |
