Ms2 subsumes the categories of object oriented programming into those of traditional manufacturing accounting: the Media Container set in Librarian may be likened to vendor sources;
Media Objects are a raw materials inventory; and processed mylar out templates the finished goods inventory.

General software specification for Ms2 comes from the need to arrange and utilize the more than 2000 media objects already in Joe's production unit (called Toys in the Attic, TITA) at Public Access in Tampa (Time Warner's channels 19 and 23). TITA's programming had been seen for several seasons in Hillsborough county Florida as Contra Limbo, and now seeks to re-present its best features as a community access vehicle. This new WEB extension's continuing orientation toward the exposition of social legitimacies is further reflected in TITA's special emphasis on the inclusion in Ms2 of a fully functional stand-alone Librarian system for hard-bound and HTML materials.

The success of Ms2's design will be measured by its ability to manage development of TITA WEB's pilot program based on the public work of our local Citizens Advisory Committee in Hillsborough county (code named MERCURY). Among the elements to be integrated in MERCURY are the many summary administrative presentations delivered to the committee, their minutes, taped proceedings, internal memos, computer documents, periodical references, and excerpts from the vast body of consumer guidance produced under CAC direction.

Parenthically it should be noted that the Personnel Management subsystem, covering here not only technicans in their video production roles but also program "guests" (and by extension "meeting attendees"), might also be recast to facilitate operations (and payroll data collection) in any of the driver / dispatch service industries, whether those employees work on the clock or by the individual trip.
