The agenda of the Roundheads [the Orthodox Christian "Calvinist" Radical Religious Right] has become very transparent, and that is to de-centralize [overthrow] the current system of constitutional government in the United States, and to replace that government with one that the Roundheads consider more "politically and socially correct." What the Roundheads have planned for the government and people of the United States, is a Christian and Biblically based Parliamentary form of government and society, under a system of very strict police states [A government very similar to the one established by the self-proclaimed ancient ruler of the world - Constantine the Great, in 330 CE].

For the Roundheads in Congress and elsewhere, it is damn the US Constitution and to hell with what the American people believe and think. This has become the standard bearer for the way that doing business is done for the Roundheads. The most recent and excellent example of this way of thinking by the congressional Roundheads, was firmly and publicly demonstrated by the Impeachment in the House of Representatives of President William "Bill" Jefferson Clinton, and the subsequent Impeachment Trial that was forced on the Senate by elements of the Radical Religious Right, aka. the GOP House Managers of the House Judiciary. Many of these House Managers have direct ties to very conservative and radical organizations that are making up government policy in closed door sessions that the general public has no invited participation in, while the rest of the GOP House Managers, in one way or another, have very close indirect ties with these same conservative Radical Religious Right organizations.

The Impeachment of President Bill Clinton in the House of Representatives and the subsequent Senate trial [which failed to convict] were over nothing more than unproveable theories about Christian Religious Morals [sex lies and the Radical Religious Right's Biblical view(s) of the rule of law], and the Roundheads continuing quest to move the constitutional powers of the Executive Branch of government and have them put under the authority and umbrella of the Legislative (Congressional) Branch of government, thereby, consolidating the bulk of the power of the United States government and moving it to the Legislative Branch of government. The Roundheads have been slowly and methodically, through the past number of years, taking firm control of the Judicial Branch of government, so it was only natural and well within the right's planned agenda of conspiracies, that the Radical Religious Right, would attempt to eat away at the power and authority of the Office of the President of the United States.

The Roundheads continue to firmly believe that God and the Bible, and the Rule of Law under God's supposed [because the Bible can't be proven as fact] words, are far more important and correct than the United States Constitution, the Republican Form of Government, and the Blessings of Liberty for all people. To the Roundheads in Congress and elsewhere in society, the United States Constitution is nothing more than a convenient document of authority to empower them, and to let the Radical Religious Right move forward in overthrowing the United States Constitution with their own private agenda and contract for America. Former US President Ronald Reagan could not have expressed the desires and ambitions of the Radical Religious Right any better than he did, when Reagan made this quote at the National Association of Evangelicals in Orlando, Florida, in 1983, "Freedom prospers when religion is vibrant and the rule of law under God [the Christian Bible] is acknowledged." It has become abundantly clear for the followers and believers of the conservative radical right, that the rule of law under the Bible is far more important and of a higher authority, than the rule of law under the United States Constitution. In fact, the higharchy of the Radical Religious Right firmly supports the practice and philosophy that the Christian Bible is the guidebook to the US Constitution, and that the Bible is of higher authority than the US Constitution.

For the conservative religious radical right, ARTICLE I, Section 8, of the US Constitution, has become a blank check with which Congress is free to do whatever they want to with the Constitution, the government, and the masses of people in this Nation. Members of Congress and many State legislatures, feel that through the concept of [misconstructed] custom and usage, this article gives them unlimited and blank powers of authority to do with as they please, with the United States. WRONG! According to the actual and "true" intent and meaning of those that authored the Constitution, Congress only had the legislative power and authority to do what was necessary to carry out [finance] the "foregoing Powers" of Section 8, nothing more! Article I, Section 8, was never constitutionally given to Congress, to do with and make legislation at will, nor was it to ever be abused through some sort of altered and continual misconstruction of the US Constitution called custom and usage! To do so, is a manipulated and calculated adulteration of the constitutional rule of law.

Part of the constitutional Redress of Grievances that has been served on the United States government goes into great length and detail, about the powers and authority granted to Congress by Article I, Section 8. A suggested reading of the entire Redress of Grievances is recommended in order to better grasp and understand the "true" intentions and meanings of this discussion over Article I, Section 8.

Is there really a danger and a threat to the stability and support of the United States Constitution and the Republican Form of Government by the Roundheads? Yes, both the threat and the danger are very real, and the articles and subjects at this web site and at the other F.A.C.T.S. web sites, will leave very little doubt as to the clear validity and interpretation of the facts as they are presented.
