All those present in this nation shall not be persecuted or discriminated against, regardless of their race, religion, way of
life, sex or any other reason. All shall be treated as equals and with dignity, including those who seek shelter in our nation from persecution or from the horrors of war.
All those present in this nation shall have the right to freely speak their minds without fear of prosecution. Freedom of speech is organized through the media who have a responsibility to see that this right is not abused by anyone,including themselves.
All those present in this nation have the right to ask help when they are in need. It is the responsibility of the government to provide aid to those in need of healthcare or shelter. No one in this nation shall be forced to live in the streets. In addition to this it is the duty of the government to provide good education to all present in this nation. It is the duty of all those between the ages of 6-19 years to take part in this education.
All citizens have the right to represent their nation in the government bodies, either elected or hired by a body. *The mentally ill, minors and those under guardianship are excluded, in which case their representatives will act.
Our nation is a two-chamber democracy, whereby any citizen is allowed to participate.(*exempt) Elections shall be held every 5th year and depending on the results a coalition of the biggest political parties shall be formed. No party shall reign supreme. The prime-minister is the head of his government, he can only be elected for two terms. Parliament has the power to let the government fall, however its main task is to represent the people.
The people have the right to make their opinion known through referendums on any subject with the exception of matters of national security, the monarchy, declaration of war and reversing
the course of justice. When a nationwide referendum carries more then 50% weight it can veto any decision made by the government.The same goes for regional referandums in any region of this nation. Referandums can be organized by anyone
All those present in this nation shall have the right to defend themselves or present a case in a court of justice. They do not have the right to carry guns or weapons, this is the privilige of the government and the appointed bodies (Armed forces, police and customs).
There will be no military subscription for those present in our nation. The Military will be a profesional one, with the defence of the people as its first priority. The Armed forces shall never interrupt the democratic proces or use any force against the citizens or their guests. It shall be commanded by the reigning sovereign in name. Political responsibility for the army lies with the whole of the government.
This nation shall be a monarchy, the reigning sovereign will be the head of the royal household and of the nation, he/she will recieve funds from the government to maintain the household. The Royal family as a whole are not allowed to make political statements on any subjects 'en plain public'. The sovereign reigns only in name, he /she has no power to use in the democratic process, his role is to provide a symbol of unity for this nation and to represent it internationally. When the bloodline of the decendents of the sovereign Thomas I ends, this nation shall be a republic.
All those present in this nation shall care for our nations enviroment, they will treat it with dignity and respect. Our nation is the inheritence for our decendents.No pollution or erosion of our nation or its resources shall be tolerated.
