CLERICAL ERROR
Clerical error is an important precourser to clerical filing fraud and to some extent is necessary for land scams to occur.
The main areas in which clerical error contributes to land scams are:
*creating mistake unique identifiers
*failing to effectively delete mistake unique identifiers
*saving the wrong file
*retrieving, amending or updating the wrong - or previously cancelled file.
*making mistakes in the spelling of names
