Chicago (Regular vs CAPS)

Chicago

Chicago CAPS

CAPS is the Chicago "Community Action Policing" services. The buzz word of the 90's in law enforcement.

Both of these units are white Chevies with blue lite bars. The regular Chicago I have is a closed wheel well and the CAPS car is an open wheel well. There may be wheel well variations of either or both units. The major difference is the decals and placement thereof. The CAPS unit has the CAPS logo on the front doors and rear fenders. The placing of the "Chicago Police" is unique to each.
