I know this picture was in our vacation photos section, but I like it and it fits here too.  This is the harbour in Robert's Arm Newfoundland.  This harbour was about 15 miles from the open ocean.  A lot of Newfoundland outports are located far away from open water.  From this little place there are towns all the way out to the ocean.  The strange thing is that each of these towns is maybe 100-150 people, or less too!  <--Previous  Next-->  Index
