Below is some robot testimony by a five year old girl. Why would a prosecutor
introduce such outrageous testimony? BTW the prosecutor "won" this case.
Gerald remains in prison and Patty Bernstein works in the attorney general's
office. Attorney General Harshbarger was the DA in Middlesex County who
strongly supported this prosecution.

A: He threw me around in circles.

A: No

A: Silver.
Q: Did it have lights on it?
A: Yes.
Q: Was it a big robot, or was it a little robot?
A: Big.
Q: Okay. How big was it? Was it this big (indicating)?
A: Yes. that big (indicating).
Q: Well, you tell be because you just did a different big than I did. Is it 
this big (indicating), or is it this big (indicating)? You show us.

      Ms. Balliro: May the record reflect that the child is standing with 
her arm stretched over her head?

Q: And it was silver?
A: Yes, silver.
Q: And it had lights on?

Q: How did ti move around, Sara?
A: With wheels.
