Hi,

I'm Anna Billing. I first met Carla in March of 2001. She is a very pleasant woman whose handicap doesn't keep her from smiling. I enjoy very much working with Carla. She is a person who you can learn a lot from. She is very beautiful outward and inward.

There isn't anyone who would work with Carla that wouldn't be touched by her. Her face just lights up with wonder with each person who comes to see her. You also can see how much she loves her dad, when he is talking, her eyes focus on him.
