RE:Carla and Robert Sindelar

Your Honorable Justice,
I am writing this letter in support of Robert J. Sindelar's request to be granted an extension of time regarding a legal issue being brought against his daughter Carla, in the amount of $25,424.94 by a law firm here in Elmira, NY.
I started an organization called "The Best Interest of the Children" a little over 2 years ago. Mr. Sindelar contacted me then about his daughter Carla Rae Sindelar. We have had numerous phone conversations about Carla and her care. We have also discussed the difficulties he has faced from the county and the problems he has had to endure over the last 10 years. He sent me all the information to collaberate his entire story. I must say I was overwhelmed! I have been in the Sindelar home when a nurse was there and also when Mr. Sindelar was alone with Carla and I can honestly say I have never seen a more dedicated father in my life. Mr. Sindelar has had to endure several problems from the Village of Elmira Heights. They have sent Code Enforcement officers to fine him, they have taken away property that he could have sold to help with Carla's care, and there have been wrongful court cases. Now this, a lawsuit from the law firm of Bertram Ziff, is the last straw! Mr. Sindelar has papers to prove that Mr. Ziff quit the case in 1992, also another attorney settled Carla's case in 1995. Fraud is the only explanation for Mr. Ziff's attempts!
In my opinion Carla could not have gotten any better care in any facility in the world. Her color is good, her skin is smooth, and her hair shines. I believe she knows that she is with her father. He has not left her side in 10 years except for the legal matters he has had to deal with. Mr. Sindelar has dedicated his life to his daughter and he does not regret one minute of it. What he does regret is that instead of helping him or just leaving him alone to care for his daughter he is constantly being bombarded with fraudulent crooked lawyers, judges, etc. The files and letters are piled high in Mr. Sindelar's home to show the fights he has endured in his quest to take care of Carla, her rights as a citizen of the U.S., along with his rights! What happened in Chemung County? Hasn't Carla and her father suffered enough?
I pray that you will grant Mr. Sindelar's request for an extension so he can file his appeal. Taking care of his daughter and other unforeseen problems encountered from the County have kept him from finishing his appeal. It is crucial that he be there to care for Carla. Give him an honest chance to prove that this is an extreme case of "FRAUD". I assure you that I have seen the proof!
Sincerely,
Andrea Faller
