I love playing with all makes and models of radios. Each manufacturer seems to have some very good ideas. I keep hoping someday one of them will produce a rig that has all those features in one great package. I love the Kenwood 741 tri-bander, I own two and they have been very reliable. Now when it comes to HT's I prefer Yaesu. I am using a FT-50 and VX1-R and both have thier own neat features. I have been using a Icom 706 , however I just upgraded to a Yaesu FT-847. I own many other rigs and I havent met one I didn't like yet ;)
