Held an unlawful hearing, without juridstiction, of a kidnapped man (arrested and transported from Corinth, MS to Tupelo, MS without affidavit or warrant) and ordered the man held in the Lee County jail. When friends pursued the violations of this man's constitutional rights, Judge Carr's records disappeared.
