Agreement of Indemnity

I hereby agree upon the following terms of my acceptance of Membership in the Youth Parliament, to be held in [detail the parliamentary building]: __________________________

1. I agree to pay my required share of expenses for air-conditioning, power and commissioning of security attendants, being: $ ________
2. I agree to fully indemnify the Parliament for any bill of damages, legal liabilities or other expenses and impositions arising as a consequence of my behaviour on the premises or grounds of the Parliament.
3. I agree that should I engage in unparliamentary behaviour which causes the acting Speaker to suspend me from the services of the Youth Parliament, then I will comply with directions of the attendants to leave the premises and grounds.
4. I will comply with appropriate parliamentary standards of dress and attend attired in shirt and tie or in equivalent female dress.
