Gun Grab

It is coming, whether we like it or not. The ruling class has gotten just a little too arrogant to change their minds about gun confiscation. They know you have them - you registered them with the manufacturer - remember? To what extent should we go to keep our hard-earned American Liberties? To any extent. Our founding-fathers did.

Of course, this doesn't appeal to those who are overly concerned with worldly things, like a nice house, nice car, fat wallet. None of these are bad to have, as long as you are man enough to throw them away when the time comes to stand for the spiritual. Like Jesus Christ, like freedom, like family, and things that no amount of money can buy.

Regrets About Not Fighting Back

Let us consider the case of a man, imprisoned in Soviet Gulags, who had deep regret about not taking a stand. His name is Alexander Solzhenitsyn. He interviewed and spoke with many people who had been arrested by the KGB without any apparent reason, but had no ability to resist because they had surrendered all of their firearms, He stated in his book, Gulag Archipelago:

At what exact point then should one resist the communists?...How we burned in the prison camps later thinking: what would things have been like if every security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would retum alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if during periods of mass arrests people had not simply sat there in their lairs, but had understood they had nothing to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall and ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whether else was at hand...The Organs [police] would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers...not withstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt.

Life is so full of regrets. But taking a stand for Christ Jesus and the American Way will not be one of them!

The Politics Behind Gun Control

All governments fear an armed citizenry. It's just a historical fact that has proven itself time and time again. It was proven again in England, when one of John Major's cabinet members declared that everyone must get a national ID card. As The Daily Mail, an English newspaper said, "they revolted." The government ministers quickly repealed the order and said that it would only be voluntary, If you have no way to defend yourself, you just won't get any respect - cut and dry! There are countless bills being introduced and voted upon that will severely restrict or abolish your right to own a gun if they are passed. Politicians are pushing for it, and eventually, they will get it. There are so many hundreds of bills floating around, but it only takes one to pass the law. Here are just two of them:

These politicians are just sitting on their behinds with nothing better to do than pass laws. They don't even believe in what they are doing have of the time, as long as they get re-elected. But they fail to understand that the passage of laws like these could throw America into another revolution! We really need to pray for our country's well-being.

Bad News About Gun Control

Once gun registration and/or confiscation of certain firearms is in place, the odds of getting our rights back (legally) are astronomical. The history of our nation reveals that it isn't too hard to pass strict laws, but repealing them is an entirely different matter. Not very many laws restricting guns have been repealed at all. If smart card national ID's are introduced, our chances of getting rid of them will be riding on a wing and a prayer. It would take a national disaster (such as the infamous event that happened in Germany) to convince a complacent populace that they were wrong. On the other hand, we don't have to obey anything if we don't want to.
