While Bill Sizemore wouldn't actually institute state ownership of private business he would seriously diminish public accountability and turn loose the efficient and cost effective business practices that killed tens of thousands of people - and endangered even more - in Breznev's Soviet Union and Mao's China and lowered life expectancy by a decade or more. Furthermore he would expand governmental power in the realm of private behavior such as drug use and abortion rights that would lead to the establishment of a criminal infrastructure that thrived long after the Soviet Union - like many of comrade Bill's businesses- went bankrupt. In the great Maoist tradition he would use his podium of governor to lead many new moral crusades while allowing many of the apparatchik - including contributors - to pillage the public treasury.
