Loretta Ross is incredibly bright, capable and organized.
She is the founder and Executive Director of the Center for Human
Rights Education in Atlanta, Georgia. She was the director of one
of the first rape crisis centers in the world in 1972. CHRE

human rights and social justice. Loretta Ross and CHRE have
expertise in human rights, diversity, hate groups, women's issues
and racist/sexist/homophobic bias crimes. She has appeared on
many radio and TV shows as a political commentator. Her book on
reproductive rights, Black Abortion, will be published in 1998.
For educating and training activists in human rights, economic
