Mark Schauer is the new Democratic Congressman for the 7th district of Michigan. He is for trade policies that further the needs of workers and manufacturers, fixing the health care crisis, renewable energy policies to create jobs and protect our resources and solving the foreclosure crisis. He is for new policies that end the war in Iraq and insure USA security. He is for ending the health care crisis in the USA so that all Americans have access to whatever health care they need which would also create jobs by decreasing business expenses and making Americans healthier. He is for protecting our environment from global warming and excess destruction of resources so that there will be a decent future for all of us to thrive in and enjoy without being choked by deadly pollutants and overpopulation. He is for preserving Social Security from risky privitization schemes designed to make the rich richer and the poor poorer. He is for better treatment of the troops when they come home and more secure housing and better job opportunities when they leave the military and better college opportunities for their children. He is for improving education in America so that our children won't be left behind the better education systems in other industrial societies and by making higher education more affordable.
