Bruce Lunsford is a Democrat trying to replace the Republican U.S. Senator Mitch McConnel of Kentucky. Bruce is for carefully and responsibly redeploying USA troops from Iraq and using them where needed to secure an end to major terror attacks. He wants to create a well-paid, well educated work force with full worker's rights. The richest should have a greater tax burden and the middle should have a lesser tax burden. Housing and other scams should end and a decent, sustainable economy should be created with clear regulations to prevent the current economic catastrophe from being repeated. Seniors should have a certainty that their social security and other retirement income will be adequate in the future and not be damaged by market fluctuations caused by corporate greed and mismanagement. Medical care should be adequate and available to all without creating massive debt. We should create energy independence and fully tackle the global warming problem. We need to prevent energy speculators from making the energy problem worse instead of better. We need to end forever price gouging by greedy corporations who take advantage of the rest of us to create unregulated excess profits.
