Barack Obama is a U.S. Senator for the State of Illinois and is the Democratic front runner for President of the USA. He will probably be the first black American to become President of the USA. He has been endorsed by many prominent Americans including U.S. Senator Bob Casey Jr. of Pennsylvania, the largest delegate prize of the remaining states to be counted as of early April. He wants to strengthen civil rights enforcement, reduce employment discrimination, improve hate crime statutes, end sentencing disparities, improve drug courts, evaluate new ideas, greatly reduce women's pay disparities, end suppression of minority voting, end racial profiling in stops and arrests and trials, end drug law disparities, end Bush/Cheney ideological skewing within the Civil Rights Division and other parts of government, pass the Fair Pay Act and do whatever else it takes to create a society of equal justice and opportunity for all. He would restore professionalism in government to replace the Bushie know nothing and do nothing hacks that infest the current government and thus restore honesty and decency and competency to the federal government. He will encourage the states to improve the quality of law enforcement and trial procedures. Above all, he will start to withdraw our troops from Iraq and encourage the Iraq leadership to focus on reconciliation of views and procedures so they can start healing Iraq from the ravages of war with some financial aid assistance from the USA and other nations.
