Zack Space is the new Democratic Congressman for the 18th district of Ohio. He wants to fully implement the 9/11 Commission recomendations. He wants to fully fund Veterans' health care programs including emergency care. He wants to fully fund healthcare for children regardless of their financial situation. He wants to lower prescription drug prices for everyone. He wants to cover healthcare for all small businesses and self-employed people. He wants to make broadband accessable and affordable to all. He wants to greatly expand alternate energy sources to reduce dependentcy on foreign oil and reduce global warming and increase gas mileage and increase appliance efficiency. He wants every American to have a quality education at every level of the educational system so that we all will be able to think and act clearly and intelligently. The quality of educational resources of all kinds must be improved including better educated teachers. Rural schools and suburban schools and city schools and the Department of Education should all be of excellent quality. We need to make sure that families and students at all levels can afford to go to college and/or job training. He knows that we need a long-term economic plan for a sustainable economy as far into the future as we can envision so that we do not fall into the rathole of third-world widespread poverty and despair and gloom and doom.
