Physicians for Social Responsibility is the U.S. afffiliate of International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War. PSR is also very active in promoting a sustainable environment, violence prevention and other health-related matters. They address the greatest threats to human welfare and survival. They recognize that a policy that places prime emphasis on armaments and weapons causes deterioration in our ability to have an intelligent, healthy, decent and moral society capable of saving the future.
