These are two different angled shots of Luwig's throne room.  The throne is missing because he rarely visited the castle, only about ten times a year in the 17 years of construction, and it was never completed.  The lower picture is one of my first attempts at editing out the graininess of the pics.  It is a bit misty, and I'm not sure if I like it or not.  It definately beats out the graininess of the bedroom picture though.

Here is the mistrel hall where Ludwig would have elaborate operas performed.  He was a great fan of Wagner, and who stayed at his castles quite often.  In all the rooms of his castles the tapestries and pictures are scenes from Wagners operas.  The hall is still in use for operas.  Every fall for a month they have perfomances by German opera companies.  The tickets usually sell out the first day they are on sale.

Look for pics of me at the castle as soon as I get around to having them developed.
