DAY 1

All Fruits expect bananas, E.Q. miracle soup.

Having only watermelon and cantaloupe your chances of losing 3 lbs in the first day are heigher

DAY 2

All vegetables and soup

Avoid beans, peas and corn but you may have a baked potato with butter

DAY 3

Fruits, Vegetables and soup

No baked potato

DAY 4

Bananas and skimmed milk and soup

DAY 5

Beef, tomatoes and soup

DAY 6

Beef, vegetable and soup

DAY 7

Brown rice, fruit juices (unsweetened), vegetables and E. Q. miracle soup

E.Q. MIRACLE SOUP

6 Large onions
2 Green peppers
1 Large bunch of celery
1 Large head of cabbage
Some whole tomatoes

Cut vegetables in medium pieces and boil covered with water for 10 minutes then turn or low heat and simmer until vegetables are soft (around 30 min). Use bay leaf chicken of beef stock or all for seasoning while cooking.
