Madame Pomfery works in the hospital wing sorting out ill students and students who have had accidents like falling off brooms she can sort almost anything out exept death and people who have been Petrified. She can sort most things out but taking them is not always plesent thoes who have had to take Skele-Grow will know. Madame Pomfery is very nice but is also very strict making sure you have lots of rest and any presents that you recieve while you are in the hospital wing are higynic., say if you were sent a toilet seat to amuse you it would be confascated incase it carried germs.
