Mr Flich is despised by all pupils and despises all pupils. He owns a scrawny dusty coloured cat called Mrs Noris who is also despised by all pupils. Mrs Noris Patrols the coridors alone but it may as well be Flich because is you break a rule infront of her she'll wisk of for Flich who'll appear weasing a few seconds later looking for the rule breaker. Punnishments vary it is a well known fact that Flich has a pile of chains and ofter pleads with Dumbledore to let him suspend students from the Celing But has never been allowed to yet. Flich we have recentley found out is a squib and for thoes of you who do not know a squib is a muggle born into a wizarding family, Squibs are rare but this explains a lot for one why he hates the students so much he's bitter.
