Installing CB Tricks on Windows 3.1x

The Custom 32 bit Installer with CB Tricks won't install on Windows 3.1x

How do I create an Program Group with Icons on the Windows 3.1 Desktop?

Follow the steps below to create a Group and Icons for CB Tricks:

• Download File "cbtrix31.zip" from the Web Site to your PC in  c:\cbtricks.
• Use WinZip or PKUnZip to extract your files into a directory (ex: c:\cbtricks\cbtrix31).
• From the Program Manager Desktop click on File - New - Program  Group.
• Type in "CB Tricks" in the Group Name box and click - OK.
• The CB Tricks group folder should now be open, Click File - New - Item.
• Follow the example shown below and fill in the Boxes as the apear.
• Click the "Change Icon" box to select a Icon of your choice.

Click: File - New - Program Group - Type CB Tricks - OK

Type : "CB Tricks" in the Description Box - Click OK

Click: File - New - Program Item - Type in Info - OK

Type : Info in boxes as shown below:

Follow the above example to create a Program Group with Icons inside.
You can then repeat the process to add additional Icons for future material.
The Texas Star file is not linked to the Manufacturers List so a new Icon will
have to be created. Follow the above example to create a additional Program Item
