Project manager for this paving and drainage improvement project to reconstruct this four-lane urban street from Fifth St. to Zang Blvd. Responsible for the PS&E plan sheet production including horizontal alignment, vertical profile, cross sections, earthwork and cost estimating. GEOPAK software was utilized for the roadway design.
