Provided here are some examples on how to draw anthropomorphic animals as provided by Shawntae Howard. You can see from the drawings the stages involved in obtaining the finished product. Start with a basic outline, fill in detail, take out the lines you don't need, and shade and color as desired. Clothing should come last, as you want them to have the proper anatomy first. As always, photo references for the body anatomy will help, or pictures of the animal you are trying to anthropomorphize and give human qualities.
