RC Helicopters Described
A very important part on the rc helicopter is the fuel pressure line.  This runs off a pressure tap on the silencer and connects up to the top of the fuel tank.  The pressure from the silencer the pushes the fuel from the fuel tank into the carburetor.  The pressure tank is needed since the fuel tank is usually set in a less than optimal position and also because the helicopter will be assuming various attitudes during flight.   The pressure line will then provide a constant head pressure on the fuel tank to deliver sufficient fuel to the engine.

The horizontal and vertical stabilizers help to keep the helicopter from fishtailing or pitching up and down during fast forward flight.   Much to the same effect that the fins on a dart does.

Also the mixture control screw is not just for adjusting engine idle rpm.  It is a very important adjustment for mid range throttle mixture.  This especially since this is where your throttle will be most of the time during flight.
