Honors Computer Applications

    This course is designed to teach students how to acquire computer skills including programming in C++.  The course is open to level 1 and 2 math students (level 3 with teacher recommendation) who have an interest in learning practical computer skills.  The course will cover software packages such as Microsoft Works, Windows, Powerpoint, and Introduction to C++.  Topics to be discussed include: basic knowledge of networks and file servers, operating systems, file management, troubleshooting a system and electronic communication.
