The True Story :

This is my SpacePilot Home Page.
The SpacePilot is not exist in this time (1997), but will be everywhere in the future (perhaps in 2025). The basic idea for SpacePilot is from USRobotic PalmPilot Professional.
At least, my English is not very good, so if you find something wrong with my English, yeah... just forgive me :D

ROM : Flash ROM 2 MegaBytes (Expandable to 8 MegaBytes on Board).
RAM : SRAM 4 MegaBytes (Expandable to 16 MegaBytes on Board).
Display type : LCD 256 Level GrayScale, backlighting.
Display size : 70 mm x 70 mm, 320 pixels x 320 pixels.
Screen size : with graffity area 70 mm x 90 mm.
Input device : Touch Screen with Graffity Input.
Connection : High Speed InfraRed Serial Communication Port.
Modem : Internal Modem 56KBps.
Sound : High Quality, 16 bit with 1" Speaker.
Alarm Output : Sound or Vibrator.
Battery : Lithium-Ion 3,6Volt/400mA, Rechargeable Battery.

SpacePilot is the future Palm Size Computer with so many many many capability. It can be used as Personal Data Organizer (Date Book, Reminder, Phone Book, To Do List, Note Book).

Can be connected (HotSync) to store data or write data on PC Computer (or Laptop) via IrDA (InfraRed Wireless Communication). Can be used for receive and transmit Faximile, E-mail. As UNIX Terminal. Browsing Internet. Direct Printing to IrDA Printer, exchange files to Laptop or Computer via IrDA.

Can be used as Phone Dialer (DTMF). As TV or Air Conditioner Remote Control (InfraRed capability). As Reminder, completed with Alarm and Vibrator Device (so you can go to the meeting without affraid of the Alarm Sound :).

As Games Station, you can play Chess, BlackJack, and many favorite games.... :D (I LOVE GAMES... :).

Use Lithium-Ion Rechargeable Battery, so when you at home, you can charge the battery. With full Capacity Battery, you can use the unit (normal daily use) without charge for 2 weeks. And Lithium-Ion can be charge anytime. Or...., you can change the battery with another fully charge battery (spare battery) without data loss within 2 minutes.

And many many many lot of things can be done with SpacePilot.......

The SpacePilot design is made using the Caligari TrueSpace 2.0, with Windows95 operating system, on i486DX4-100 32Mbyte Computer :).
