Wing Flaps – Either 0o or 10o. |

Carburetor Heat – COLD. |

Ailerons – FULLY DEFLECTED INTO THE WIND. |

Throttle – FULL OPEN (Apply Full Power). |

As aircraft speed on the runway increases – RETURN AILERONS TO NEUTAL OR NEAR NEUTRAL CONDITION. |

Elevator Control – LIFT THE NOSE WHEEL AT 50-55 KNOTS. |
7. |
After the aircraft leaves the ground, crab into the wind so that you fly over the extended centerline of the runway. |
8. |
Retract flaps to 0o if they are not already in this position. |
9. |
Climb Speed – 75-80 knots |
