The Kortright Center is part of the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority, and recently, with the Southern Ontario Chapter of the Siberian Husky Club they hosted a dog sled race.

The dogs, both 4 and 3 dog teams, completed a 6k course around the conservation area. The owners of these dogs were great! They answered everyones questions, (probably the same ones over and over!) and were always proud to show off their dogs.

You could tell that these dogs love what they do, and were really excited about running. And boy can these dogs sing!! At the start of each race, you had a bunch of dogs serenading the crowd!

Thanks to both the Kortright Center and the Siberian Husky Club. I also want to thank Kit and Heather from the Husky Club, who provided me with some information on the dogs, and the owners.
