About me
I began my radio career in 1969 at WKOA/WKOF in Hopkinsville, KY. I started as a part time
DJ and soon began training in what was to become my career, Broadcast Engineering. I was with
WKOA for 22 years and then decided to move with my family to Buffalo, NY in 1991 to work in a top
40 radio market.
I work for S&B Communications, a broadcast engineering
group, as a staff engineer. In my time off, I enjoy collecting and listening to
music and collecting vintage sportscards. I have worked for the past 18 months as a part time
DJ at WHTT-FM(Oldies 104) in Buffalo and I am currently building my own 8 track production studio at home. I share
my home with my wife, Nora and our two children: Kim, a student at Buffalo State
College and Sara, who is a freshman at Erie Community College.
