Tropical Depression 3 formed off the South
Carolina coast July 13th. As the depression moved slowly to the North, it strengthened to 45mph and was named
Claudette. As Claudette moved further North, it weakened to 40mph and began to turn NNE. Then it degenerated
further to a depression due to constant shear, began moving NE then ENE, and dissipated. Shear was a constant inhibiting factor.
