Open to Lapghan Exchange Members Only
Here is how the contest will work.
Send in your yarn to me:

My address is in the database.
I will pack it up.
And at the end of the exchange year will hold a
drawing.
Each member of the exchange will have there name entered
into the drawing.
Now, here is the 2nd part of the contest.
For each
member that sends out there exchanges on time during the year,
their name will be entered again for the contest.

New CT Birthday Exchange Contest
This morning I'm sending out 75 words that are crochet and birthday related.
Please choose 25 of the 75 words in any order that you wish.
List the 25 chosen words in an email and send a copy to me and keep a copy for yourself.
I will send out 5 words Mon-Fri begining on Mon, Sept 10th.
Mark the words off your list as you receive them.
First lister to email me with a Bingo will receive a crochet related prize.
I will be taken sign ups until Friday, Sept 7th.

New Contest open to all Crochet Talk Members
A brand new contest has arrived!
Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY is in need
of preemie items.
Caps, booties, afghans, washcloths,
any preemie item you can think of.
So what better way
to help out but with a contest?
Prizes you ask? Well of course....LOL
For each item listed below that you send
your name
will be entered in a "kitty" and the more items you
send,
the more times your name will be entered.
Booties: (1 pair) 1 entry
Cap 1 entry
Afghan (Preemie size only) 3 entries
Washcloth 1 entry
Leg covers 2 entries
Burial gowns 4 entries
Bib 1 entry
If we have not listed an item you send,
please know
you will be notified as to how many entry(ies) you
have qualified for.
The contest starts today- September 5th and runs
through the 1st of November
with the winners picked
randomly the 2nd.
There will be a first, second and third prize awarded.
Prizes will be sent to the winners and will be crochet
items or supplies and surprises!
Please make sure to alert myself or Bertha when you
are sending an item.
That way we know to watch for it.
