Poem: An Uninspiring Poem (Rhyme Scheme Based on The One Hope by Dante Gabriel Rossetti) Ugly is as ugly does I guess that’s how it’s always been... In a beauty contest you’d never win You’re as ugly as anyone ever was. I’ve seen some stupid people in my time... People with IQs less than three or two... But don’t worry, I haven’t forgotten you... You leave them all behind. Your jokes aren’t funny, your breath is bad... It smells like cabbage stew. What? You never knew? You’re so pitiful, it’s sad! Your breath is rancid, you’ve got poor taste in clothes... Your face always makes me cringe... Your voice is like a rusty hinge... And all pales compared to the size of your nose... A face like that could start a war... Spare me! Move to Dover! What? You think you need a makeover? Why no! I like you just the way you are. |
