Poem for 10/05/01:

"A Deeper Meaning "

It was a decent way to go

Not like some others, those that blow

Perceptions lost, perceptions found

Being dead beneath the ground

Is not so bad really; though at the time

It seemed like Mother Nature's crime

Against me; what small grain of sadness I unearthed

Was lost upon me as I was then second-birthed

I saw the light, the light saw me

New understanding came unto my meta-brain

How long will I hold this, what trajectory

Is to be found in the light of the oncoming train?

_ Editor’s note: As the concerned guru that I am, I must ask that you please don’t take this poem at face value, i.e. literally. If you do, I’m afraid you might miss the deeper meaning I intended (and hinted subtly at in the new title)… and therein, miss whatever true beauty this poem might have to offer (I would hardly know, being its author…). Other than that, good luck in your search for meaning and truth! Vale - !
