The Evelyn is located at the corner of Brunswick and Kerr Streets Fitzroy.  This place is the best pub in Melbourne!  Whether you're looking for excellent live music or just a fun night out with friends the Evelyn has it all.  Music, cheap drinks, friendly staff and an excellent atmosphere.

The Evelyn is home to some of Melbourne's favourite bands, such as Dylan Lewis' Brown Hornet , Funk Fiction (featuring members of the Hey Hey It's Saturday and IMT bands.)  The Evelyn boasts live music every night of the week, and depending on which night you go you're sure

to find one you like.  Bands usually start at about 9pm and finish around 1am.
Another good thing about the Evelynis that the bands area and public bar are seperate, so if you want to go there without seeing a band and just drink a few beers it's possible.

Situated in Brunswick Street Fitzroy, there are plenty of places to go and get a bite to eat halfway through the night ( I recommend the Turkish Kebab shop across the road towards Johnston St. Beautiful!)  And trams run past the Evelyn every few minutes until 12 or so.  Or if in need of a cab, they are everywhere so, there is no wait!
