Entrance to the parking lot is on Belt Line,
between the Library and the Fire Station.
A crossover on Belt Line provides easy access
from either direction.
You can also use the Library's parking lot,
with entrances on both Hillcrest and Belt Line
(crossover on Hillcrest, but not on Belt Line).
