You guys are going to love this idea, and believe it or not, its not mine. My wife came up with this idea. I've spent about a year trying to decide what to do about my fiberglass top. Its faded, and just doesn't look that great anymore. I've talked to a couple of body shops, they all said the same thing. I'd have to spend anywhere from $400-$600 to have the top stripped, and then resealed, primed and painted. Sounds like a lot of work to me. I was discussing with a friend about painting the top either with a paint gun, or just trying it with spraypaint cans. (I had a friend who had did a jeep hard top and he said it looked good). She just said "Why don't you use some of that bed liner stuff"? ............ Um.... Yeah.... that was my other idea... Needless to say that had to be the best idea I've ever heard! Plus I was surprised to even think that she would put ANY thought into a project of mine. Well thanks dear! I'll let you guys know how it goes when I decide how I'm going to do it. I've already put it on my nerf bars, its increadable. I'm sure it will out last the tape supplied!
