“sur-sur-sur-sur” charges to make the actual bill from say 100 to 1000. Ratio is
almost 10 times. You can't protest. Just pay, that's it.
You take care as every
one is angry and upset. People pick up fights over trivial matters. Now the guns are
almost with every one. So you have to be scared and live indoors mostly for safety of your
family.
