I bought this car from a guy who going away for a long time. When I got this El Camino it was a mess. Tires were shot. The Trans was shot. The car was about two weeks away from a one way trip to the junk yard. With my wisdumb of my years and the big mistake of not asking my wife I bought it. I worked my ass off rebuilding it. The motor is now 60 over. It has a nice second stage cam. Malory hyfire ingition system. File fit the rings. A ture double roller timing chain. A new TH400 trans. Rebuilt the rear end. The rear end is a 3.08 pos. Rebuild the front and rear suspetion. She runs strong and fast.
