When I bought the truck in August '99, it already had a few nice things done to it. It had a Hedman header, and a Terminator muffler that exited out the side, but since it won't pass emissions that way, I added a racing catalytic convertor, and ran the exhaust out the back. It already was converted to an electric fan, had bigger (but I don't think longer) Dick Cepek shocks, the fender wells were cut out (although I don't know why), it had the prerunner bar with lights, a five point harness, and various other little goodies. About all I've done to it, other than beat the piss out of it, was to rebuild the front axle, put new brakes on it, put MR2 bucket seats in it, and change the 235/75-15 tires to 32x11.50-15's.
