This is a picture of a spraybooth I made a while ago to try and improve the quality of my work.I was getting too much dust in my jobs, so something had to be done.

The booth is framed with 7/16 OSB, then lined with 26 gage sheet metal. The man-door is made from 1" square tubing and 16 gage metal with a glass window. The two main entrance doors are also made with 1"square tubing, and weigh over 200 LBS each (a bit of overkill).

The fumes get sucked out by a 1/2 HP explosion-proof motor through 14 filters. The exhaust filters shown in the picture have been changed to regular furnace filters, because they are cheaper, and way easier to install. 1
