Implements a Button Bar widget in Tk.
Feature
Supports menu, command and checkbox type buttons. Users can specify text,
image, menu, command script or text variable. It mimics trendy button bars
with buttons stick up when mouse pointers pass over them. Comes with
some common button images. Supports dynmic creation, deletion and grouping
of buttons. Also feature balloon help.
