In fourth grade at Burks Elementary we are always learning! We study subjects such as plants, animals, the human body, and more. The teachers in fourth grade try to make learning enjoyable by letting the students work in groups,play educational games and constantly work with hands on learning. Kids even get to use multimedia for presentations! The classes learn to cooperate through TRIBES, too!
We also have special events, field trips, and projects that occur in fourth grade like going to the Science Place and other places in our community.
The teachers in fourth grade expect their students to turn in all homework on time every day, try their very hardest on everything,and to get along with everyone.
